Our conversion to these new systems brings new features that our members have been asking for and will also allow us to quickly develop and deploy new features in the future to provide the seamless digital banking experience that our members expect and deserve.
Yes. Data security is our priority at Allied Healthcare Federal Credit Union, and we have gone through a thorough vetting process to ensure that your financial information is safe and secure.
No, AHFCU has taken care of that. Your username and password will remain the same as before conversion. However, if your username does not meet certain criteria, you will be asked to change it once you have logged in for the first time.
Input your username and password under Sign In to Online Banking. If you are having issues logging in, all you have to do is click “Trouble signing in” and select the “reset password” option. You will then receive a new email that will help you get into the new digital banking solution.
Beginning March 15, 2021, AHFCU's original mobile app will no longer work. You will need to download our new AHFCU mobile app at either the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users).
You are able to access your statements from our new online and mobile banking solution by clicking on the statements option on the Navigation bar. You still have access to prior statements.
There is no impact on your automated deposits during this conversion.
Bill Pay is available upon conversion. All bill pay information will remain the same and your pre-scheduled payments will go out as normal.
- Allied Healthcare Federal CU Debit/Credit cards will work as normal
- During the conversion, AHFCU ATMs will work as normal
- New mobile app and online banking will be available
- Previously scheduled automatic deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments will process as normal
- Loan applications will be available
- Loan payments will still be processed
- Our 24/7 Statline phone automated response will be up and running
The previous mobile application will no longer work.
You can change your password once you log into digital banking.
